As Chairman of Worldsource Insurance Network, Bob provides an industry leadership role, including both agency building and a top of the table personal practice.
Bob's 31-year career in the life insurance business - ranging from agent and sales manager to agency manager and regional executive manager - has given him diverse insight and expertise. His varying roles and experiences, including member of the "Top of the Table" group in 2002 and 2003, and his entrepreneurial spirit have defined him as an industry visionary. In 1997, Bob founded one of Canada's leading Managing General Agencies, Trowbridge Financial Network, and in 2004, Bob partnered with Worldsource Wealth Management to form Worldsource Insurance Network.
Bob is actively involved in his community, serving on the boards of several charities, including the Vancouver Commandery of the Sovereign Order of St. John, which raises money for Palliative Care. His commitment to his community motivated Bob to establish "Gift Builder," a charitable program that uses insurance and annuities to raise money for charities. To date, this program enables yearly donations in the millions for 12 diverse Canadian charities, including The Canadian Diabetes Association.

As President and CEO Paul is responsible for strategically expanding Worldsource Insurance Networks' wealth management platform for independent advisors. As Managing Director of Worldsource Wealth Management (WWM), Paul plays a principal role in ensuring the overall collaboration of WWM's subsidiaries to support and complement the needs of entrepreneurial advisors from each sector.
Paul brings extensive executive experience in the financial services sector to WIN. Most recently he was President and CEO of Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. Prior to Barrington, over a period of more than 10 years, he built a successful insurance distribution business, The Independent Brokerage Group, which was acquired by Hub International Ltd. in 1999. Paul also served as Chairman and CEO of Hub Financial Inc., one of the country's largest life insurance distributors.
Paul has an Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario. He also has his CLU and ChFc designations.
As Vice President, Operations, Betsy is responsible for the smooth flow of all administrative operations of the company. Her in-depth knowledge of the functions of a MGA ensures a smooth working relationship with WIN advisors across the county. In this capacity, she is also responsible for WIN's technology platform, VirtGate. With a long career in the Canadian insurance industry, Betsy brings sound knowledge and a strong level of commitment to the senior management team.
As Director of Sales Support, Jas is instrumental in furthering sales and developing the infrastructure that our partners require to excel in this competitive marketplace. With over ten years of industry experience, Jas brings a wealth of insurance and financial services experience. For the last 6 years, she was Regional Sales Director with Sun Life Financial and was responsible for the marketing and sales of products to third party distribution partners in British Columbia. Jas' professional experience is complemented by a strong academic background and a detailed understanding of financial service distribution within Canada. In 2006, she completed her MBA at the University of British Columbia. She also is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Canadian Investment Manager and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
Anne's primary areas of responsibility is in ensuring that Worldsource Insurance Network is positioned as the preferred choice for independent insurance producers and to build an efficient, customer-oriented team of administrative support professionals. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings focus to the planning and implementation of high profile corporate projects. Her management experience in both career agency and brokerage environments with a major Canadian carrier has given her a strong client service orientation. She has an innate understanding of the drivers behind successful back-room operations to answer the demands of frontline client service requirements.
